Siegfried & Jensen Utah Open Qualifying

Eligible Applicants must be: 1) Utah Section PGA Members and Apprentices in good standing; 2) PGA Members and Apprentices in good standing; 3) Non-Amateurs (un-affiliated professionals) as defined by the USGA; 4) Amateurs that meet USGA and UGA criteria and have a handicap index of 6.7 or less. Note- Contestants entering as Amateurs are not eligible for Professional Purse Money.

The Utah Open Executive Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application for cause.

Successful qualifiers must pay the additional entry fee for their appropriate division prior to 8/23/07.

There are no formal Practice Rounds scheduled. ♦ The Championship field is 156 players.

There will be a minimum of 20 spots taken from the Qualifying Event (40+ spots qualified in 2006).

Entries for the “Open Qualifying” will be accepted until the qualifying field is full (144 players).

The Qualifying date is: Monday, August 20, 2007 at Glen Eagle Golf Club, Syracuse, UT.

All Professional Entrants will be required to play in at least one Pro-Am Event. Professional Entrants (including professional qualifiers) must submit their pro-am preferences on the Pro-am preference portion of the on line registration form. Pro-Am assignments will be made and requests must be verified through the Utah Section Office.

Withdrawal's will incur a $25 administration fee prior to August 10th 5:00 PM of $25. After August 10th but prior to 5:00 PM August 16th $100. After 5:00 PM August 16th no refunds will be given.
